The Art of Juicy Burgers

When you're having friends and family over for a cookout, you want to make sure your burgers are juicy. Here are a couple tips to make your guests come back for seconds:

  • To keep burgers juicy, mix and shape ground beef gently but thoroughly.
  • Don't press burgers during cooking; pressing will cause you to lose those flavorful juices!
  • Feel free to add your favorite seasoning; however, adding salt before cooking draws out moisture and inhibits browning. Therefore, consider adding salty seasonings after cooking.
